The Three V.I.T. Pillars
These three pillars are the framework we use to manage vineyard variability and maximize fruit potential. We use Viticulture as the foundational discipline, applying decades of field experience to interpret vine balance and phenology. We then utilize Technology as a diagnostic tool to validate those field observations. Finally, we use Irrigation as our primary lever, intentionally steering the vine’s physiology to meet your specific targets. This ensures that every decision made in the field is backed by a clear understanding of your site’s potential.
Viticulture
The objective is simple: align vine physiology with your ultimate quality goals.
Our focus is on identifying the root cause of poor vine performance - whether nutritional, pathological, or environmental—and providing a clear strategy for stabilization. We focus on regenerative methods that improve soil biology and vine resilience.
Irrigation
Water is arguably the most influential input we have on quality, yet it’s often managed by intuition alone. We ensure every gallon applied is a deliberate investment in fruit quality and vine longevity.
Moving beyond the calendar, we use vine stress indicators and localized weather modeling to dictate irrigation timing. Our goal is always two-fold: maintain yield AND quality. We perform technical audits of your existing infrastructure to identify distribution gaps and inefficiencies to ensure your water is reaching the roots exactly as intended.
Technology
Technology in the vineyard should provide clarity, not more homework. We help growers bridge the gap between raw data and real-world management.
Growers have a plethora of tools at their disposal that can increase yields, decrease water and fertilizer use, and reduce reliance on hand labor. Knowing the right tools to use and how to integrate them into your operation is where we come in. We are always investigating new and emerging AgTech to be able to recommend only the most effective new methods to our clients.
